Our Mission:
The Trust aims to actively promote sport, recreation and leisure opportunities to the people of Papatoetoe and Manukau City, through the provision of well managed, quality facilities.
The Trust offers collective resources to member clubs and groups which enable coaches, managers and volunteers to focus on increasing the standard and participation in their sports rather than managing facilities and buildings. In addition to high-quality sports facilities the Trust also has function rooms available to the local community for events and corporate team-building activities.
By providing quality facilities at the Papatoetoe Recreation ground the Trust aims to allow each sports code to lift their profile in the community and in turn attract young people to the sport. The skills and interaction that young people have while participating in recreation and sports will promote and develop a healthy and happy Manukau community.
